I added Hamlet's tentative road map as a page. Once we establish some
tentative dates for the conference we should probably attach some
dates to these tasks.

Please update this with anything else that needs to be accomplished to
make sure the conference is successful.

If you throw out some general date ideas, I can contact Graeme Rocher
and see if you would have any interest. If this was a Thursday/Friday
thing and then I had MinneBar on the following Saturday I could try to
get him to come to town for them both :)

That'd be a cool way to work it in general: it'd certainly guaranty that I'd show up for the weekend.

I like the idea. Certainly there would be some cross promotion and
further incentive for attendees.
