Flash dependency

I've found a few bugs/deficiencies in the html5 sound support in chrome. As a result I'm switching the soundmanager2 library that we're using to use flash for audio instead of html5.

This means that we'll need to make sure that flash is installed on the deployment machines (if it wasn't already).

Yes this is client side only.  Server side will be a totally different system driven by the same events.
