When provisioning a new account, you'll create your tenant and gain access to the Domotz portal. You can also manage your license quantities from the ConnectWise Marketplace. Click Checkout from the navigation screen to access the Marketplace portal. Click Purchases on the left-hand navigation screen and then Manage Subscription under the Domotz listing. From there you can update your license quantity. You will be billed for the quantity you have ordered, whether the licenses are deployed or not.

Since S1 doesn't have any ConnectWise Manage integration, I'm struggling to find a decent method to receive and manage alerts. Of course we can just send email alerts to a service board, but unless we create a new board for each customer, there really isn't a good way to associate an alert to a Company in Manage - all those CatchAll's will be horrible to deal with.

ConnectWise manage, the ticketing system. I currently have this cobbled together with an azure http webhook triggered function and another one that checks for alerts grouped after the inc is opened.
