The next PA Behavioral Health and Aging Coalition Cross System Collaborative Technical Assistance Call or TA Call will be held today, Wednesday, June 14 from 12:30 – 2PM.  We are looking for cases!  Case form attached!   We are also having updates from the cases we discussed earlier in the Spring!  Please contact Linda if you have any other updates from previously presented cases!
