Looking for Android Dev

Hi,

I just joined this group while searching around for a way to find a good

Android Developer, and as a new resident of Grand Rapids, I thought I'd

look around in the community here. I manage our rails back-end and

oversee most of our development projects, so am helping with our search

for this.

My company, http://birdhousehq.com, has a web app and an iphone app,

already, and as we're starting to grow and have established that we're

on the right track with what we're building for our users, we are ready

to expand to the Android platform and offer mobile to that segment of

our users that we feel really bad neglecting right now.

We've had some great experiences working with people who are wanting to

learn and improve their skills on a real project that will go live and

people will benefit from immediately, so long as they do have that

capacity to learn and build a great product, and are somewhat

self-directed. This also works well for us because, as a startup, we

don't have a ton of money.
