Tur procurement 2016-17

Dear Partners,
Those FPOs who have shown interest in procurement of Tur under Price Stabilization Fund (PSF) are requested to fill and send the attached incidental expenses format at the earliest.
I would like to inform you that you have to collect the following documents on an urgent basis:
1. APMC notified rates on local APMC letter head
2. Labour quotations (the labour rates should be either equal to or lower than your local APMC notified rates)
3. Transport quotations (The transport rates should be equal to less than the civil supply rates as given in the attached scanned document. If the rates are more than civil supply rates you have to consult GUJPRO official)
Accordingly fill the attached format of incidental expenses and send and email copy with the scanned copies of quotations and APMC notified rates.
