Dear All,
This is in relation to very recent MCA Advisory issued to all Companies/LLP for implementing ‘Work from Home’ Policy and Filing of one Form with the MCA.
Extract of the Advisory is produced below;
“We all are aware about the dangerous spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) which has been declared as a Pandemic by the WHO.
Your organization can play a significant role to prevent further spreading of such virus by making and implementing the strategic policy decision of social distancing, which is most crucial for reducing the rate and extent of the disease transmission at community level. Hence, in this regard Corporate Ministry (MCA) has advised all corporates to make and put in place an immediate plan to implement the "Work from home" policy as a temporary measure till 31st March, 2020.
In furtherance to ensure this measure, MCA has declared to deploy a web form regarding affirmation to be given by every Company/LLP, on 23rd March, 2020 (Monday) named CAR (Company Affirmation of Readiness towards COVID-19). The said web form is to be filed on instant basis by Authorised Signatory of the Company/LLP on 23rd March itself”.
