I would like to inform you that currently we are doing demand assessment of Fertilizers and Seeds by farmers associated with your FPO. If there is genuine demand of fertilizers and seeds from you which could be made available to FPOs at convenient terms, Gujpro would like act as a bridge between National Association of FPOs (NAFPO) and our partners for the same.

Hence, I am sharing a demand assessment format, which I request all the FPOs to fill and send it to me latest by 16th March 2019. If there is any additional information you would like to add in the format, kindly do so.
