1. Mahavat has displayed list of dealers on its website whose RC is restored. (List is also enclosed). 

2. Instruction sheet for Late fee waiver for New Registration after 1 Aug 2012 and

3. Mahavat has updated the list of Suspicious dealers and modified the title as Non genuine dealers who has issued false bills and disclaimer is also provided. is now available on Mahavat website (not enclosed). Search Engine and further information in this regard is given below. 

 

More Information on Non Genuine Dealers 

The Department of Sales Tax, Maharashtra State has declared UPDATED list of Suspicious Dealers as of April 2014 totaling to 2162 nos [Addition of 103 Dealers].

We have UPDATED SEARCH UTILITY on our website covering all 2162 nos.

http://www.meraconsultant.com  have UPDATED the EXCEL UTILITY to search multiple [upto 1000 Nos] TIN Nos. You can download the same from the link provided under QUICK LINKS on this website.

How to use -

• Enter 12-Digit TIN Nos or use "Ctrl + V" to paste from another worksheet in the white boxes provided in the column named "Enter VAT TIN Nos."

• If the TIN No. is found in the List, remark "Yes" will appear against that No in the next column alongwith the Sr.No. in the List and the Name appearing in the List.

• If the TIN No. is not found in the List, nothing will appear against it in the other columns.

• Use Filter in the column "In the List [ Yes / No ]" to select "Yes" and all entries with Yes will appear.

• If the "Yes" option is not available in the Filter list, indicates that no record is available with "Yes".
  

As the list is not arranged alphabetically, it is very difficult and time consuming to search the names of the dealer or their tin no in the list.

Considering the difficulty faced, a SEARCH UTILITY on website http://www.meraconsultant.com to search a dealer by entering few words in its name OR entering 11-Digit MVAT TIN No. was already made available.
