In continuation of my mail , I received various feedback from many members. I am forwarding summary of items which I felt important for your information. 

Most of member asked that there is amendment in guidelines. One should ask the Charity Commsssioner to provide the copy if their is amendment. 

Further there is official website of Department.  http://mahacharity.gov.in  . This is for your information.

The requirement to enclose Certificate of Practice is only for Certified Auditors only, in this regard I am enclosing circular kindly go through the same.
