Sept 16 GRITS Ride

As you probably know Loretta and I are scheduled to lead the next GRITS ride on Sunday September 16^th from Rolling View Recreation Area at Falls Lake.  Unfortunately, Loretta is still not able to ride so we won’t be able to attend.  Rather than cancelling I thought I would send this note in the hopes someone else can step up and lead the ride.  I can provide route sheets (hard copy & GPS) and directions to the start location.  The routes are lightly traveled and go north of Hwy 98 around Falls Lake towards Butner.  The Rolling View Recreation area has sheltered picnic areas that are great for post ride food & drinks.

 

If you are able to lead the ride please let me know by next Tuesday Sept 11^th so I can give everyone sufficient notice.

Thanks for the heads up.  Sorry Loretta is still not able to ride. Unfortunately, we will not be able to lead (or attend) a ride on the 17^th as we have a prior commitment that day.
