Team,

It's the Nightmare Scenario. We have THREE games on Saturday at cursed Lake Fairfax. Games are at 10, 11:30, and 1. I don't know if there are games after that or if that is the end of the line. 

It is supposed to be a warm and beautiful day, so we should all celebrate by playing a shitload of frisbee. I think I have the frisbee whiskey handle (courtesy of Team MVP Izzy), which I will bring. 

Please RSVP to me and Mike or on wafc.org today, so we can know if we're playing or not. I swear to god we're not playing this savage, I will tell you this right now. 

After our trials and tribulations at Frisbee Hades, we celebrate at Frisbee Haydee's.

You heard Colin. It’s finally here, the moment you’ve all been waiting for: playing frisbee in Virginia from 9:45am until 3pm.

It’s been a crazy season, and it would be amazing to end it with a bunch of friends (subs), whiskey, and wontons. So come on out to lake fairfax and remind these youngins why our team has been around and loved for so long.

I'm celebrating my 29th birthday tomorrow night - Come hang, or don't! It will be a traditional house party...hopefully without all the frat bros and ultimate players. It will tentatively start around 9PM at 1018 5th Street NE! I'll have some booze but bring more if you want to drink some specialty whiskey...because I'm just getting Kirkland brand!

Hmm, there's a lot of opportunity here. I could:
  1.  Make fun of frisbee 
  2. Make fun of Krista for being an adult child 
  3. Go on a long tirade about mediocre to shitty 5'6" league players whose ceiling is coming in 5th at mixed sectionals, express my desire to punch said person in the face, and then make a "joke" about giving him the several thousand dollar hospital bill and 6 months of rehab I have to go through, followed by a pivot to our need for extensive healthcare reform and why our existing for-profit system is fucked up. 

Or I could use people's attention to do some good and share a doc I put together to help people who want to donate to candidates other than the presidentials but don't know where to start: Candidates & Races to Support 2020 ; but since frisbee players are cheap and poor and vote with their complaints, not their wallets or their actual votes, that wouldn't be worth it either.

Or I could butcher a meme. (Tired: Drinking with frisbee players at Krista's houseparty; Wired: Drinking at home away from active frisbee players) 

But  most would be ignored and would be marginally cathartic and probably quickly followed up by a snarky Colin or Radio email to put out the flames.... so just gonna drop a gif and be on my way.
