After the City sold out to developers, the City deserves gridlock in
spades. It HAD to expand it's UGA.
It HAD to try and stick it to the taxpayers by asking for $170 MILLION
on only two schools.
They say four, but to tare down two, in order to replace two and
building two new schools for that monster sum of money was still only a
net of two schools!
It had to be the worst dripping pork bond issue I can ever recall.
This means a rash of mini-bond issues that will add up to the same
outcome, so grab your wallets.
They could've bought a baseball team better then the M's for $170
million, and use the gate for schools.
By expanding their UGA, for one main developer, made ANY new schools
built had the bond passed, immediately obsolete the day the doors
opened.
Traffic problems? The greed at City Hall deserves the County's worst
traffic jams going.
If your going to sell your soul, and play with the big boy developers
who hate paying any traffic or road mitigation fee's what's so ever,
telling those elected to put their costs on the overtaxed homeowners,
deserve gridlock right up to City Hall's steps.
