new build & update on the 4.4 migration

Hi all,

New build in the dropbox. New exit button, few minor UI tweaks.

I notice that on my Android 4.4 Nexus 7 I can't do true fullscreen (the android status bar and navigation buttons are always available). It is possible to do a true fullscreen on Android 4.4 but I'm not sure how to do it with Cordova yet (I'm looking into it).

I have created a new issue on the github to track our upgrade to take advantage of 4.4. (https://github.com/GritLearning/grit/issues/61) as there are quite a few things to be done.
