For the devs: code reorganised

Hi all,

I have simplified the code organisation

1. The `grit-android` repo is gone - it has been rolled into `grit`

2. `grit` now uses the folder layout that cordova likes (since cordova 3.0). This makes grit more similar to other cordova projects which should make it easier to get started with

3. We have a few tests running against the codebase now - see the README file for details. I plan to add more over time.
