bugs to fix for Grit trial at PIO on May 26

Hey all,

PIO School in Phnom Penh will be running a 3-week trial of Grit starting May 26, using 5 of our Nexus tablets that Samdy will be lending them.

We have a few small things to fix for this release, but I'm keen to get these done by this Friday if possible, to give us a few days space before the trial starts.

I've created a milestone in Github and assigned a few issues to it:

The two main things to fix are:
- Localise the remaining English text in the Khmer version (just a couple of places, I think). Samdy can provide the translation.

- Replace/remove some under-performing apps. I'm working on this, should have a revised spreadsheet ready early this week.
