Missing fallback language mechanism

Hi team,

I've spotted no fallback mechanism for languages for instance es-419 -> es-ES -> en. Currently, when GRIT sees missing translations for some of the UI elements for es-419 (Argentina), instead of taking some of the translations from es-ES file, it takes en. Am I missing something in the GRIT? How can I do it?
