Hey everybody.

I wanted to send a message to you all to ask a favor of you.

Emily Dayak received a teaching assignment in Thailand which is for a year.She is going to be teaching English to the local children.( she flew out last week ).

Natalie just flew out of Salt Lake yesterday stopping in New York, with a final destination of Ghana. This will complete her B.S. degree. She will be in Ghana for 3 weeks studying the diseases of the local people.

I am amazed at the bravery of our younger generation, to take on such exciting journey's, that will make their indelible mark on this unpredictable world. I love that our children have such a loving caring and giving nature.( thank you parents ).

This is where I ask a favor of you all.

There happens to be no greater a helpless feeling from a mother and a father then when they are unable to protect their children on a daily basis.

We tend to want to custom fit them with suits of bubble wrap.

Our job is to be Mama Bears and Dragon slayers for our children.

And while they are out of our midst, I would ask you to pray for the safety and well being of our children.

The problem with providing them with the wings they need....is that they learn to fly on their own.

It is my prayer for all these amazing people that they touch this world in a most amazing fashion.

I have no doubt that this world is a better place because of them. And they continue to contribute on a daily basis.

My other prayer is to you.

May the Lord bless you and calm your fears when you are feeling anxiety, when our children are out changing the world .
