Foundation Meeting - Sept 18-20 Chicago

Happy Thursday all!

I think I have included everyone on this email with the google groups, but not sure, please forward to people I may have missed.

I wanted to send a reminder out that the foundation meeting is 2 months away and people should be making their travel arrangements to Chicago.  I checked out the reservation list at the hotel and while some of you are good to go, there are still many of you that need to book ;-)  I have attached all the travel and hotel reservation information again for reference.  Please make reservations soon as all reserved rooms will be released August 26, 2015 and we will no longer be guaranteed discounted rates and you will be on your own to find hotel rooms.

I have also created a document of places to eat and activities to consider doing while in Chicago.  I thought I would sent it out now so you can start planning your trip ahead of time if you like! 

Finally, as many of you know, Kon and I are expecting a little boy to arrive into this world around Labor Day weekend.  Due to this, I am not sure how much I will be around during the foundation meeting so if you have questions about Chicago please send sooner rather than later.  Can't wait to have you all here!
