Carry
a healthy disregard for the impossible
in the pocket of your heart
as truth,
For the impossible is just
the improbable
awaiting a tad more proof.
Carry a healthy disbelief
in the impassable,
For your beliefs become you.
Soon you'll do six impossible things
before breakfast
which the world couldn't fathom
before you.

Every person that breathes also dreams. It appears that a significant
part of human nature is the unquinched desire to be better, feel
happier, and acquire more.
There is a distinct difference between dreams and aspirations, between
dreams and goals, between dreams and possibility. Or is there?
In every walk of life, we witness people who are living out there
dreams. We hear about the multi-millionaire who is under 30. We read
articles about the 23 year old who turned down a billion dollar offer.
And we see pictures of stars on the world's stage whose talent may or
may not be much greater than our own.
And, we make excuses.
We develop intricate excuses and theories about why our dreams can not
be our future. We complain about our circumstances without any belief
that it could change. And we expect, well... we don't expect much from
ourselves.
We must remember that every person who has a dream has a purpose. And,
every person with a purpose can find a plan. We must know that every
loss is not a failure, only a detour. Every obstacle is not a sign to
quit.
Everyday, there are millions of people living out their dreams.
Why not you?
"We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented,
fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing
enlightened about shrinking so that other people who't feel insecure
around you." Marianne Williamson (later quoted by Nelson Mandela)
