Each person has a personal and a collective mission. These missions
are a collarboration between self-definition and self-discovery.

One must define for one's self what dreams one will hold, what goals
one will seak and what aspirations one will accomplish. One must
discover what talents one has, what skills come most readily and what
tools one was born with.

Our generations collective mission, is the summation of each person's
personal best. If you do what you were put on this earth to do; if you
do your best at what you set out to do, you are contributing to our
generation's solutions.

Each piece is a part of the story.

This week you are beginning a new chapter of your life. This week you
are writing a new line in the book of your generation. Each book has a
plot, a conflict and a theme and you can rise to the challenge and
fufil the mission or you can shriek to the turmoil and betray your
potential and your peers.

Fret not, each person is a griot. Each person has been given a story
to tell and the tools to tell it. You have the skills to accomplish
the task before you.

"Each generation must, out of relative obscurity, discover it's
mission, fufill it or betray it."--Frantz Fanon
