I am running mac os high sierra 10.13.3 and I want to install windows 7 and dual boot my MacBook, I have successfully created a bootable window 7 USB drive with Bootcamp 5 driver on the pen drive, When I start installing windows 7 boot camp show me this message ( Need 64-bit Windows installation USB drive or DVD.)
I tried to make one from BootCamp Assistant but in the latest macOS the process is different and there is nowhere the "Create a Windows 7 or later version install disk" option and the only option I have is to remove the windows partion.
I'm having an issue getting my MBP High Sierra 10.13.2 (17C88) to function with Windows 10 on Bootcamp. I've used the bootcamp assistant to successfully partition out 85GB of space from 250GB APFS mac partition and download the windows support software - but then after restart nothing happens. There is a black screen with a delay (where otherwise Windows should load) and then it goes back to loading OSX.
Please I would like to know how I can make my EM7565 module card to work on my dell Latitude 7280 windows 11 64bit.It was working when I had windows 10 64bit installed. I had to upgrade to windows 11.
Until now Sierra Wireless supports drivers for Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10 PCs. Driver for Windows 11 is not supported yet. You can refer the attached link:

Also on windows 11 the modem is working fine and perfect. After RESTART, I do not have to ON airplane mode and OFF again before the modem starts working. Its start working right after RESTART when Wifi is OFF.
Andersen is a privately held company founded in 1903 in Hudson, Wisconsin, and headquartered in Bayport, Minnesota. It employs around 8,000 people and manufactures its windows in the US and Europe. Andersen offers five product lines under its brand name. The 100 Series windows are made from a composite material called Fibrex, an alternative to vinyl. Andersen's 200 and 400 series windows have vinyl-clad wood frames. The 200 Series focuses on the most popular styles and sizes, while the 400 Series are the best selling line, blending style and performance. A-Series windows emphasize architectural design and feature Fiberglass-clad wooden frames. The aluminum-clad wood window E-Series targets designers looking for custom colors and exotic wood choices.
Sierra Pacific Windows is a subsidiary of Sierra Pacific Industries, a lumber company with a 125-year history. Based in Anderson, California, the company owns three manufacturing plants with approximately 5,000 employees. There are five different product lines available. Aluminum Clad Wood combines an aluminum cladding exterior and wood inside with pine being standard. Eight other species of wood are available as an upgrade. The All-wood series offers a classic, distinctive look and exceptional thermal performance. FeelSafe windows are specially reinforced for hurricane-prone areas to resist heavy storm impact damage. Like many manufacturers, Sierra Pacific offers a Vinyl Collection line which is available from most manufacturers. H3 integrates extruded aluminum, vinyl, and wood for greater energy efficiency and performance.
In addition to the brand name and manufacturing materials, there are several important factors to think about when choosing windows. There are also cosmetic considerations such as style, finishes for the interior, exterior, and hardware of your windows. You will also need to find out about the lead time, warranty, and cost.
Aluminum Clad Wood windows are available as single and double-hung windows, horizontal slider windows, specialty shape windows, casement windows, awning windows, bay and bow windows, bi-fold windows, and multi-slide windows.
The E-Series windows offer 50 Exterior Colors and seven anodized finishes. There are ten interior wood species, nine interior wood finishes, and 13 standard interior colors. This is the only series where Andersen offers the option of customized colors.

So I'm new to Mac and just trying to figure out how to do basic things like I'm used to from Windows. I found that double-tapping the title bar of windows typically only maximizes in one direction (almost always vertically). I've also tried Option+Click on the green button and Shift+Double click on the title bar. Even on Finder, it only resizes, but never maximizes. Is there a simple solution to this that I'm missing?
We live in Australia and we're about to build a New American/Traditional style home. We are considering importing some materials for authenticity and also product superiority. We have two separate importers locally, one is for Marvin Windows and one is for Sierra Pacific. I have found generally excellent reviews for Marvin windows but they are quite pricey for us. We'd like some honest feedback from people who've used them in their new construction projects. Are they worth the money? Also, is there another American window manufacturer with similar quality and warranty? I have read some bad reviews regarding Sierra Pacific/Hurd and I'd love some real feedback on them as well. Any info on American windows would be most appreciated. Your technology across the board is far superior and more energy efficient to anything we have here in Australia. Plus, you have awesome aesthetics. Thanks so much!
Regards,
Marlena.
I realize this is an older thread but felt compelled to comment. I am a Florida architect, 37 years, and have specified/installed just about every brand of window manufactured that meets our stringent codes. The Sierra Pacific windows are terrific with not only a great warranty (get the 2605 powder coat) of 30 years for the paint but also it is powder coated, not liquid applied. This translates into a thicker finished coat since brush or sprayed paint systems lose about half their thickness when dried. Also like the Coreguard protective system with the wood- 20 year warranty- and it is used with all of their wood products. I understand that they have superior warranty service when there is a problem, I just have never had one. The interior finish is superior with the wood trim looking more like furniture than trim. For Florida projects, note that the laminated glass is on the exterior so you will not lose the sacrificial surface in the event of a storm impact.
3mm - our lightest and most flexible choice. It is a good choice for when you are bonding or bolting windows into the car like the rear screen and rear quarter windows, or if you are going to permanently fix the door windows into the doors.
4mm - the best all-round thickness choice. 4mm gives you good weight savings and also remains fairly rigid so you can use it for any bonded or bolted in windows or windows fitted into rubber seals as well as the majority of door windows.
Yes, all of our windows are trimmed to the size of the stock windows. However, there are a few exceptions where we deliberately make the windows a little bigger in order to fit where body trims are bonded to the glass, but we can not add them to the polycarbonate.
Yes, as all of our windows are direct OEM window replacements, you can wind our windows up and down. We highly recommend you choose our hardcoating option if you intend to use the original winder mechanism, otherwise your window will scratch with immediate use. Please also ensure any rubber seals are free of grit/ debris or these will also scratch your windows.
Do not be tempted to use any glues or primers that are designed to bond glass windows into cars. These primers and cleaners are too aggressive for polycarbonate, and the typical glass adhesive does not allow for expansion in the polycarbonate. These will damage your windows.
You may know that windows server VPN often can run on SSTP. Connecting from Windows 10 is pretty easy, but if you have to work remotely from your personal Mac? Mac OS does not support SSTP VPN out of the box.
I have a reg cab and I notice it a lot more when there is someone else in the truck with me. I drive around with my windows opened just a crack 99% of the time to ash.... bad habit... so I rarely notice my windows fogging up and then tonight I could barely see out them while driving home and I remembered reading somewhere about a fix to this. So I checked it out.. played around with the controls and figured out how to get it to get the fresh air when its being dumb.

The 70% VLT and higher shades are best for drivers who want minimal tinting while still enjoying protection from UV rays. Take the time to explore different VLT options and visualize how they will transform the appearance of your GMC Sierra. Whether you desire privacy, UV protection, or aesthetic appeal, understanding VLT shades is key to achieving your desired result. Rear windows and back side windows usually have more lenient regulations, allowing for darker shades. Special permits or exceptions may be available for medical reasons, allowing for darker tints than typically permitted. VLT selection should align with both your aesthetic preferences and functional needs, such as heat reduction or privacy. A 50% VLT is a common choice for those who want a subtle tint that provides some benefits without a noticeable darkening.
