Meeting with Anil

Just met with Anil at the city, he didn't really have much in the way of specs to give us. He said that that's mostly John's job, so I guess we'll have to give that one more try.

One piece of info he did give for the Ballfield lighting ECM was that the only luminosity requirements he knew of would be ones set by youth sports organizations- ie, in order to play baseball at night you need x amount of light. Might be worth looking into.
