Hey GRINners-

So I tried to have a meeting today, not realizing that my reminder email didn't go out for some reason. Whoops. We'll have one next week.

In the mean time, it would be great if at least one person from each ECM could send me an update on how things are going, as soon as you can.

As far as how we're moving along in general, Yves and Andi's vampire power ECM made a successful visit this week and installed some KillAWatt meters, and Andi and Dan also made a visit to check out the heating panels in the locker room.

Unfortunately, the 2020 Asbury visit didn't happen, so I don't have any additional specs for anybody. We're aiming to have that happen this week, hopefully we'll have a little help from the city and be able to get out of the "information gathering" stage of the quarter. We are a little behind where we should be, but I'm not too worried yet. In the mean time, try to think ahead on what you can do in the absence of said steps.
