Howdo I pass a memory address from a register to other? My following routine receive the string memory address from stack (yes, it's necessary) and then try to put into D1 registers but it doesn't work and EASy68k emulator crash (or goes in an infinite loop?) when I try run this.
To get the argument off the stack correctly, you don't actually want to pop it in the called function. That's because BSR pushes a return address. Instead, you need to use indexed addressing as follows:

Administrators of child care centers, pre-schools and K-12 schools located within Residential Permit Parking Areas may submit the required documentation to SFMTA Parking Department at
RPPforSF...@sfmta.com.
If you have purchased a new or used car and do not yet have your permanent license plates you can still apply for an annual permit. To apply, please submit the following documents online, by mail or in person to the SFMTA Customer Service Center at 11 South Van Ness Avenue, open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Your temporary permit (good for 90 days) will first be issued to the last 7 digits of your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). Once you have received your permanent plates and vehicle registration, email a copy of vehicle registration to
vinto...@sfmta.com so we can update our database with your new plate number. We will send you a confirmation email/letter that your virtual permit is now active. Failure to do so may result in being cited for Overtime Parking in an RPP zone.
If you are moving from one RPP zone to another you will need to purchase a new permit, not a transfer, for that area. The first step in applying is to update your vehicle registration and insurance to your new address. You can update your vehicle registration online via the DMV. Once this is complete, please complete the application above. Note: Changes made online are subject to verification.
Your vehicle must be registered and insured at the application address. Please visit the DMV website to change your registration address. Please allow 2-3 business days for the DMV system to update before applying for your permit.
Once you have changed your address with the DMV online, please call SFMTA to confirm the registration address change before applying in person or online:

The SFMTA has transitioned RPP time limit enforcement to License Plate Recognition (LPR). With LPR technology, enforcement vehicles read license plate numbers as they drive through neighborhoods, checking in real time if vehicles have a permit. Any vehicle without a permit is flagged by the LPR system. A Parking Control Officer will verify that a vehicle has violated the parking rules before issuing a citation.
Physical sticker permits will no longer be issued. Instead, all standard RPP permits will be assigned to vehicle license plates virtually. Caregiver, City Business, Contractor, Short Term, and Teacher permits will continue to be physical permits
SFMTA policies regarding the use of LPR technology for parking enforcement is in full compliance with state and local laws on the use of surveillance technology. All images obtained through the LPR system, with the exception of those associated with a violation, are automatically purged after seven days. Images associated with a violation will be purged after 365 days. Access to images will be limited to authorized vendor support staff and SFMTA employees for the purpose of citation processing, payment and review.

You may display only one RPP zone sticker at a time. You must remove all outdated or expired RPP stickers from your vehicle windshield. If you display more than one sticker, you could receive a parking ticket.
If you live in a zone on a block that does not have restricted parking, you may not park in restricted areas in your zone. If your block does have restricted parking and street signs indicating the restrictions, you may not park even on your own block beyond the restricted time unless you have an RPP for your zone. RPP blocks are certified by DDOT. Information on the RPP program is available on the DDOT website. A database of District blocks and their parking restrictions is available through DDOT.
An exemption exists for one resident 65 years of age or older per household. They will pay a $35 annual RPP fee for the first vehicle registered at a legal mailing address. Note: Commercial vehicles, buses, vehicles longer than 22 feet and sightseeing vehicles are not eligible for RPPs. Any motor vehicle that displays unremovable commercial advertising or insignia is considered a commercial vehicle.
You may need to replace your RPP or sticker if you move to a new RPP zone, change your vehicle tag number or replace your windshield. If your RPP zone has changed, you must remove the outdated or expired RPP sticker from your windshield after you receive the new registration sticker with RPP from DC DMV.

The vehicle admission sticker rule applies to motorcycles. If your motorcycle does not have an adequate windshield or the sticker may damage the windshield, fasten the sticker in one of these places: on the front fork; behind the license plate; or under the seat. In some cases, a ranger may not see the sticker and issue you notice. If this happens, return to the park or forest office to show your sticker and void the notice.
