In this update:
- Unicode version now generates HTML reports in UTF8;
- Profiles selection combo can be added to toolbar;

Current profile is now always visible in app status bar; it's also
possible to change it by (right)clicking there. So toolbar entry is
not necessary, but I think I will keep this ability.

Added option to store profile selection between sessions (in
Comparison>Advanced). In this case profile, assigned to file filter,
will be ignored, unless it's different from Default.

Few small fixes added, like ignoring profiles in other viewers and
print-preview now correctly shows layout, as it would be printed.

* Fixed problem with SwitchSides;
+ Printouts now can include total number of pages. The problem here is
calculating of number of pages can be slow for big documents with
wrapped printing; so this is optional;
+ SelectFiles dialog now includes combo for pre-selecting viewer type.
