110 anniversary of the birth of Petro Grigorenko

In October of 2017 marks 110 anniversary of the birth of famous Human Rights activist, founding member of Ukrainian and Moscow Helsinki groups, highly decorated veteran of the Second World War late general Petro Grigorenko. The General Petro Grigorenko Foundation in cooperation with other organizations and private citizens sponsors several commemorative events. The first event of the Petro Grigorenko jubilee took place in New York City when the newly published collection of memories about late general was presented in Shevchenko Scientific Society. The second event will take place in Boston University on March 25. Other events will be announced later.
