One day I boarded a bus for a long trip across the city and sat down next to a boy. I watched him eat one chocolate candy bar after another.

 

Being concerned, I shared, "Young man, eating so much chocolate is not healthful for you."

 

He continued unwrapping another bar and said, "My grandfather lived to be 112 years old."

 

"Do you think he lived to be so old by eating lots of chocolate?" I asked.

 

The boy answered, "He got to be so old because he minded his own business."
