A pastor was walking through the new town to which he was called to minister. He stopped on the sidewalk to ask a young lad where the post office was.

 

The boy pointed down the street. “Three blocks ahead, then left a block and you can’t miss it.”

 

The minister thanked him and began to walk that way. After a couple of steps he turned back to the boy and said, “If you don’t go to Sunday School anywhere, I’d like to invite you to my church. I.m speaking on how to get to heaven.”

 

The youth shook his head, then replied, “No, thanks, Reverend. If you can’t find the post office, I’m not sure I’d believe you about finding heaven.”
