 One day while looking around my old church, I saw a wooden plaque in the kitchen with a button. The button didn’t work.

 

That was when I read the sign above the plague: “When you are through using the kitchen, push button to summon a servant to clean up. If there is no response, refer to the Gospel of Matthew 20:26-28 for further instruction. Thank you.”

 

I has to grab a Bible and quickly look up this passage.  In case you don’t know it, the passage reads: “Whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be your slave, even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve.”
