[First-of-the-month word plays are always fun!]

A fellow I know composes songs about sewing machines. He’s a Singer songwriter (or sew it seams).

 

After playing guitar for years I thought I could learn to play the piano. Found out it’s not an easy instrument to pick up.

 

I asked the doctor if I could administer my own anesthetic.   He said, “Sure, go ahead. Knock yourself out.“

 

My son kept chewing on electrical cords so I had to ground him. He’s doing better currently and conducting himself properly.
