**BATHROOM ETIQUETTE: Using the moving parts of a toilet: lid and seat (up-and-down), flushing lever. Bonus section: removing beard clippings from the sink

**CORTEX MANIPULATION: How to fight brain atrophy: remembering birthdays, anniversaries, other important dates and calling when you’re going to be late. May recommend cerebral shock therapy sessions.
