[In a back issue of Reader’s Digest I found wise words of advice from readers. All credit to those readers who shared important truths we all need.]
**Every time you receive a gift, you allow someone to be a giver.
**Look back, but don’t stare.
**When driving, if it’s you or the squirrel, let it be the squirrel.
**See the work.
**When you’re thirsty, get your spouse a drink.
**Fill your home with things you love, not things you think other people will love.
**Clear a path to the door every night before you go to bed.
**Habits are like cobwebs that turn into cables. They can hold you up or hold you down.
**You can’t tell the depth of the well by the length of the handle on the pump.
**Do what is right, not what is easy.
