[Celebrating my birthday week with observations on my so-called life]

I don’t want to go through “things that don’t kill me will make me stronger” anymore.

Just because I’m awake doesn’t mean I’m ready to do things.

I love the NFL. My two favorite teams are the Packers and anyone who plays against the Bears.

My wife and I agree that 90% of marriage is yelling “WHAT?” from the other room.

I don’t drink and I don’t do drugs. At my age, standing up too fast gives me the same effect.

Next year I will take my naps under the Christmas tree to remind my family I am a gift.
