I don't know why I didn’t figure this out sooner.

I use shampoo in the shower. When I wash and rinse my hair the shampoo goes down my body. On the back label of the bottle it clearly states: “FOR EXTRA BODY AND VOLUME.”

No wonder I’m gaining weight!

I threw out that dangerous shampoo and have decided to use the Palmolive dish soap because its label reads, “THIS WILL DISSOLVE FAT THAT IS OTHERWISE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE.”

Problem solved.
