Dear all,

The raid at Prof. Hany Babu's house is another example of the Facist regime that we all live in. Prof. Hany has been a tireless crusader for Dalitbahujan students' rights in Delhi for the last ten years. He was instrumental in many legal battles including the one for clarity on the intricacies of implementation of OBC reservation after 2008. He led efforts to address caste among university teachers/ students which was otherwise swept under the larger leftist trade union activities. It is farcical that someone like him who had a critical view of the Left as well, is implicated in a case related to extreme left activism along with Bhima-Koregaon. Unfortunately, these staged framings are going to continue. Reaching out to the framed are of utmost importance. Other than that, isn't it high time to begin a larger resistance/ support movement?
