Arein the middle of a post Kotfe/et storyline that has flashpoints? If you have what the game has flagged as an 'open' flashpoint then you won't be able to toggle it on with group-finder and can't complete the weeklies.

I've found CS to be useless as they won't do anything to reset or fix your character and will simply close your tickets with 'submit a bug report' (I have several alts with 'Traitor Among the Chiss' unselected and can not toggle on, so those alts cannot get the random group finder bonus or CQ group finder credit).

MINIFLASH - The Safety Standard in Flashpoint Testing

The MINIFLASH is a uniquely designed flash point tester for the determination of flashpoints of liquids and solids, using the GRABNER INSTRUMENTS flash point detection method of measuring the instantaneous pressure increase inside the continuously closed chamber due to a hot flame. The MINIFLASH flashpoint analyzer series is a new approach to flash point testing. It revolutionizes traditional methods, when it comes to safety, sample volume, speed and instrument size.

the maps would be nice for ffa but damned these flashpoints are annoying. As support getting killed is just annoying because if they got a sombra or a tracer then you likely wont make it back to the point again for a long time. Atleast thats the case when im mercy

In flashpoint yes. But its not because of the mobility, widow can move around decently with her grappling hook. Flashpoint just isnt designed well for sniper heroes. There are not many good places to be for snipers. Theres walls blocking sight everywhere.

With how little people ping their killers all you need to do is find a nice quiet spot and snipe whoever walks onto the point.

Alternatively find a good spot between the point and enemy spawn and just keep staggering them.

Laboratory flashpoint measurements provide useful information regarding the temperature at which a fluid may release enough vapor to sustain a flame in ideal conditions. Autoignition temperature measurements require more interpretation. In the laboratory, autoignition is measured by placing samples inside nearly closed chambers, without airflow, and with the benefit of instrumentation to identify even fragile and fleeting ignition events. The values shown in the following table tell us the lowest possible ignition temperatures for the fluids listed when under ideal circumstances.

The values in the table are presented for general reference and as such do not need to be memorized. The tabulated values provide a way to compare the relative flammability of various fluids and can be used as a resource for practical fire investigations.

Custom and practice generally dictated that a high ranking officer (of superintendent level or above) would invite the protest organisers into the station for a candid discussion of their grievances. On this occasion, however, the organisers were received by a police inspector (the highest ranking officer present) who informed them there was no possibility of discussing the matter as it was now in the hands of the IPCC. A chief inspector was eventually brought in, but the organisers insisted that a more senior officer should have the courtesy to address Duggan's family. A further hour elapsed, after which the original officer returned only to remain adamant that he was the person they must talk to. Following further crowd opposition, a superintendent was eventually called for but he or she had not yet arrived by the time that most protesters had angrily given up and left. It was soon after their departure that the first signs of disorder appeared.

Our model's contextual level is concerned, among other things, with such dynamic communication processes as the quality of relations between the relevant parties involved. It is clear that the intensified policing of these areas resulting from political pressure has produced an extremely negative police-community relationship. Such strategies have entailed a more prominent role for Operation Trident and a more pervasive application of stop and search procedures. Accusations that this latter form of crime control is too indiscriminate by far are borne out by statistics showing that of the 6,894 stops carried out by police officers in Haringey between April and June 2011, only 87 resulted in convictions:

But it was not just the quantity of stop and searches that became the issue. It was the manner in which these searches were conducted. There was a strong and shared sense of being treated unfairly and without due respect. This generated a sense of grievance and of anger. (Reicher and Stott, 2011)

Equally germane here was a growing resentment related to recent local instances of deaths resulting from police raids or detention in police custody, of which the shooting of Mark Duggan was merely the latest example. Following Duggan's death, the police had been bombarded with dire warnings of an impending community reaction. It is possible that, had more effective proximate channels of communication been available on the day of the Broadwater Farm protest (the situational level of analysis), such indignation and antagonism might possibly have been assuaged.

Clearly, however, the police had made no obvious provision for officers of sufficient seniority to receive the protest marchers and attempt to ameliorate their concerns. It was in such a highly charged and combustible atmosphere that the flashpoint for the 2011 English riots ignited so dramatically and with such far reaching consequences.

The Rules and Regulations for the Classification of Ships using Gases or other Low-flashpoint Fuels have been prepared to ensure that ships using gases or other low-flashpoint fuels built with a view to classification with LR will also comply with the requirements of the IMO International Code of Safety for Ships Using Gases or Other Low-Flashpoint Fuels (IGF Code).

The IGF Code also contains requirements for operational matters which are not within the scope of classification as defined in the Rules and Regulations for the Classification of Ships. Such matters are the responsibility of the National Authority or Administration.

On signing up for this service, you can access the following free of charge: Rules and Regulations, and those for specialised ship types, including special service craft and naval ships, Guidance information and Notices.
