node delete in gremlin?

Is there a way to delete a node? edge?

There is a Graph.removeVertex() and Graph.removeEdge().
Not sure if that helps.

Hey,

Remember that Gremlin is just Groovy and thus, its all just Java. Therefore, the Blueprints API is available to you through Gremlin:

Note the first part of the paragraph of that page:

"The full Java API can be seamlessly accessed by Gremlin. Moreover,
the Blueprints and Pipes APIs can be accessed as well. For those that
don’t know Groovy, the standard Java ways of creating/constructing
objects, calling methods, setting properties, etc. works. However,
note that its worth learning a bit of Groovy as there are many
shorthands that fit well with the scripting nature of Gremlin."

I suppose i write too much and people just skip over it :( .. :)
