Please recommend a graphML generation tool on MAC?

Hi, 
Can anyone recommend a tool on MAC that can generate graphs and save in graphML? It's desirable that the graphML only has the relationship information needed by Gremlin. I tried yED but there are too many unnecessary information such as the node shapes, colors, etc saved in graphML that i dont know how to get rid of.

Have you tried Gephi (https://gephi.org/) ?

I'm not sure if you're trying to generate graphs by hand or process some existing graph. The question above has graph libraries but also has pointers to some visualization and graph editing tools. You could post-process the yED output to remove the unnecessary information using networkX or similar.
