I was pointed to this new Apache TinkerPop implementation:

Here's a bit on Gremlin:

I guess it's not really "new" but I suppose we could say that it's been under the radar. It claims to scale to 100s of billions of edges and high levels of concurrent queries.  It appears to be another "server-oriented" graph system - this clearly is becoming a trend.

Hi Stephen,

were you using this engine already? I am interested if there is such kind of graphql generator from graph engine supporting Gremlin language. Thx for any hints.

i don't know much about this one except that it supports Apache TinkerPop. I'm not sure what you mean by a "graphql generator" - do you mean something that compiles graphql to Gremlin? if so, there was this project but it's a bit stale now:

not sure if there is any more recent work in this area.

I found some project https://github.com/ebridges/rdbms-to-graphql for releational databases, so I am looking for some Graph server engine analyzer which generates ALL API in GraphQL form to access anything.

Of course in graph on top of query language we have complex algorithms which might be simply not supported in the beginning, but stuff like that. I think personally that we model data and load them via pipelines to graph engine, so its quite "wasted time" to model the access layer as soon as it is already modeled in graph itself :-)
