How to connect Janusgraph deployed in GCP instance using python runtime?

I have deployed the Janusgraph using the following - https://cloud.google.com/architecture/running-janusgraph-with-bigtable#overview  documentation provided by Google, which is working properly and I'm able to fire the query using Cloud Shell, but I want to connect it with Python runtime. 

I there any way to do so?
