Temporary \grechangestyle & \grechangedim

Hello everyone,

What is the recommended way, or the most elegant and failproof way, in your opinion, to memorize the value of a Gregorio style or dimension, before using \grechangestyle and \grechangedim, in order to restore the previous value later in the document?

The simplest way, in my experience, is to make use of TeX’s in-built handling of groups. The attached TeX file shows how to do this by moving the commentary box away from it’s default position in the middle score.
