Change notation color midway

I wonder if there's a possibility to modify the color of selected notation elements, like in the picture below.

I checked GregorioRef, but I found nothing.

This seems to work:

in(h) ver(h)ba(h) o(h)ris(h) me(h)i.(g.) 

([gv:\color{gregoriocolor}]::) <i>Ant.</i>(e+) (::)([gv:\color{black}])
