On hiding rhythmic signs

Hello folks,

Here is a problem and a solution: when attempting to _not_ print episemata and puncta mora, using

\greprintsigns{all}{disable}

the bits of horizontal lines that bridge adjacent horizontal episemata into one big line still get printed. To disable them, one needs to add

\gresethepisema{break}

And then the episemata disabling function works properly.

This is probably a bug, but since there is a trivial workaround, it's not a big deal.
