What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Find the notebook for Joseph Grinnel, title: "Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo
Co., Calif 1918", 1919, publication ID 1980.
2. Look at any Verbatim Date reference
3. Try to change any Verbatim Date reference
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Any date referenced is one day before the actual one. "20 Sep" boxed, will
show "19 Sep" instead, and trying to create a new ref "1 Oct" will publish
as "30 Sep".
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.0.5.1, on Windows XP
Please provide any additional information below.
