This is one of the most popular and trusted one.You can register with your gmail id. It will usually take one to two weeks to get approved. You can use this ADs with any sites (your or anybody's ) and also with your blogger site. 

But the one problem with Adsense is that, it is like, very delicate and you should be very careful to handle with. If you make any mistake or any illegal activity, google will block your Adsense account and block all your money you earned with it. But, if you do not do any mistake or illegal activity, Adsense is the best one.

2. Chitika
