Tomorrow is the Bihar SIR case (final?) hearing in the Supreme Court.

Once the poll schedule is announced, the ECI will have virtually a freehand and the Supreme Court will have a very strong alibi not to intervene in the process.

In other words, whatever the ECI has done in Bihar, in all probability, will become a fait accompli.

Quite a familiar trick?
