It's, evidently, a part of, what in the context of the erstwhile Soviet Russia was used to be called, "samizdat".
Hence, no way to authenticate.
In any case, purportedly, from Wuhan, presently under lockdown.

The subject, to my mind, sounds pretty hysteric.
It's, understandably, the systemic crushing of the human spirit, more than material deprivation, has driven her nearly insane.
And so intense.

She, in fact, makes it quite explicit: Can't take it any more!

This reminds me of a film: 'Lives of Others".
Depicting life in East Germany, in the run-up to the, rather sudden and, at that moment, quite astonishing downfall of the Communist regime, symbolically captured by the eventual crashing of the intensely hated - but carefully concealed till the very last, Berlin Wall.

Some fifteen years back.
Quite understandably it had attracted pretty harsh criticism from some quarters.
Zizek had penned a positive one.
Quite an unforgettable one, as far as I'm concerned.

Here's a sort of chronological plotting of a few of the defining developments pertaining to the spread of the Covid-19 - at the very epicentre, Wuhan.

I. On Dec. 31st, Dr. Li issues the alert, in his private capacity.
II. By that time, 27(?) cases of (peculiar?) pneumonia were reported.
III. On Jan. 3, the Wuhan police issues a warning letter to Dr. Li, the whistle-blower.
IV. On Jan. 11, CT scan finds that both the lungs of Dr. Li affected.
V. The same day health bulletin denies any medical staff having been affected and any proof of human-to-human transmission.
VI. 12 days thereafte, on Jan. 23rd, Wuhan is put under a lockdown.
By that time, a lot many people have travelled out of Wuhan - presumably, some of them carrying the virus.
Only days before, the Mayor allowed a banquet, on the occasion of Lunar New Year, involving thousands of families.
*Presumably, to keep the outbreak under cover of secrecy*.
VII. On Jan. 27th, the Wuhan Mayor, in an interview to CGTN -a Chinese media outlet, admits delay and claims that the outbreak alert could have not been issued earlier for want of authorisation (from above).
VIII. Dr. Li dies on Feb. 7th.
IX. The death toll on Feb. 19th surpasses 2,000.
