So, active users number just a tad above 1% - at least, below 2%.

In early May, a month after the government of India launched Aarogya Setu — its contact-tracing app — MIT Technology Review of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology quoted one of its lead developers, Arnab Kumar, as saying “We beat Pokemon Go.”
