This interview -- two (or three?) days before the discussion of the no-confidence motion in the parliament to force the PM open his mouth on Manipur -- is, evidently, explosive.
And, not to forget, she is a Meitei and a decorated former top cop in the state.

But, she has reiterated her position again here: <https://youtu.be/K0rZN3dQ51w> on just the day before the start of the discussion on the no-confidence motion.
This doesn't appear to have been deliberated during the discussion in the Parliament.
That's surprising.
